Luton defeated table-topping Bournemouth 3-2 in match that will live long in the memory at Kenilworth Road on Saturday. The hosts had led 2-0 at the break through Lloyd Kelly's own goal and Allan Campbell's strike, before Emiliano Marcondes and Morgan Rogers levelled in the second period. However, Kal Naismith stepped up with the very last kick to win it and to find out how the hosts rated on the afternoon, see below.
9. Jordan Clark: 8
Produced a superb moment of real skill, sending two Bournemouth players for a hotdog as the Cherries looked to attack. Couldn’t get in front of Marcondes for the visitors first, but had a late effort flipped over the top by Travers.
10. Cameron Jerome: 8.5
Might have been the odd eyebrow raised when he was paired with Adebayo, but put in a terrific display. Ensured Luton had not one, but two outlets upfront and unlucky not to have a first league goal for the club too, eventually ruled out for offside.
11. Elijah Adebayo: 9
Showed up on the big stage again, as he gave the experienced Cahill a real working over. It was his shot that made its way into the net via Kelly's deflection and had another rasping drive deflected behind. Caused havoc for Town to win it too.
12. Fred Onyedinma (SUB): 7
Replaced Campbell and had some good moments when facing up the Cherries defenders on the left as he helped Town wrest the initiative back in their favour after being pegged back to 2-2.
