Luton ended an almost 50-year wait for victory at Preston North End on Saturday as they picked up a fine 1-0 victory. It looked like the spoils would be shared until late on when Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall's effort from Pelly-Ruddock Mpanzu's cross was superbly saved by Daniel Iversen, only for the keeper to divert James Collins' follow-up over the line. To find out how the visitors rated on the afternoon, see below.
13. Sam Nombe (SUB): 7
Full of energy and running in the closing stages once, he caused a nuisance for Town’s goal and then really should have opened his account again, side-footing wide of the target when clean through in stoppage time.
14. James Collins (SUB): 7
Great run into the box and did excellent to not only reach the rebound from Iversen's save, but put it back into the danger area too. Naturally tried to claim the winner but it has gone down as an own goal.
