Luton ended a run of two straight defeats with an excellent 1-0 win at Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday. Pelly-Ruddock Mpanzu's goal with 16 minutes remaining was enough for Nathan Jones' side to emerge victorious, the midfielder rifling into the bottom corner just moments after the Owls were reduced to 10 men. To find out how the visitors rated on the afternoon, see below.

9. Pelly-Ruddock Mpanzu (STAR MAN): 8
Playing in a far more advanced role, he should have scored in the first half when clean though. Although his touch was off at times, never once stopped getting beyond Hylton and was rewarded with an excellent finish for the winner.

10. Danny Hylton: 8
Would have had the goal he is so desperate for inside just 30 seconds had it not been for Flint’s goal-line intervention. Looked revitalised and full of menace as he produced a terrific display of leading the line.

11. Elliot Lee: 8
Upfront with Hylton as Town switched things around and linked the play impressively, dropping deeper when needed. Wonderfully threaded pass found Pelly to somehow miss and also blasted a decent free kick over.

12. Kazenga LuaLua (SUB): 7
Could count himself unlucky to be on the bench after Tuesday night, but came as Town looked to freshen up their attacking options for the final 20 minutes and did his job, getting on the ball and pushing Wednesday back when he could.
