Luton Town appointed Rob Edwards as their new manager earlier this month following previous boss Nathan Jones decision to leave the club and head to Premier League side Southampton.
The Luton News takes a detailed look at the career of the former Wales, Wolves and Blackpool defender in a special picture gallery below.

Edwards left Wolves in October 2019 to take up what was described as a 'prestigious role' with The Football Association. Worked as an in-possession coach with the England U20s, while in September 2020, he was named head coach of the Three Lions U16s. Photo: Alex Burstow
22. Forest Green history maker
Returned to club management in May 2021, when he took over as head coach of League Two side Forest Green Rovers. Won the Manager of the Month three times as his side finished as champions to secure promotion to League One for the first time in their history. The success also saw Edwards pick up the League Two Manager of the Season award as well. Photo: Matthew Lewis
23. Watford woe
His success in Nailsworth saw Championship side Watford come calling in the summer, as he took over from Roy Hodgson at Vicarage Road. Like most Hornets bosses, it was a short stint in charge in Hertfordshire, Edwards sacked just over four months later, having taken just 11 games. Photo: Alex Livesey
24. New man for the Hatters
Out of work for just over six weeks, Edwards was back in a job on November 17 when he was brought in to replace Nathan Jones as manager of Luton Town. Photo: David Horn
