Signed in the summer and recovered from knee ligament damage to play 31 times in the league, scoring three goals. Now a finance broker and head coach at Bayswater City Soccer Club.
6. MF: Matthew Spring
Almost ever-present for the Hatters that season playing 42 league games and contributing six goals too. Came back for a second spell, as he stands 12th on the club's all-time appearance list with 357.
7. MF: Peter Holmes
Rare league start that day as began just four games, with three further sub appearances, although did score in the 3-1 win at Swansea. Now assistant manager with Hayes & Yeading.
8. MF: Kevin Nicholls
Played in Nicholls for his hat-trick, as he had an identical league record to Spring, with 42 outings and six goals. Won two promotions and captained Town to the 2009 Johnstone's Paint Trophy final victory. Retired in 2010.
