One Learning Pathway – the lower school prepares pupils for success at the extended secondary.

One Support System – consistent safeguarding, SEND support, pastoral care, and transition planning.

One Future – long-term outcomes: GCSE success, enrichment, careers, and community impact.

The partnership will be led by Executive Head Teacher Ian Bailey, alongside Head of Primary Becky Sullivan and Head of Secondary Emma Collins. Together, the leadership team will focus on delivering excellence across all phases of education, while maintaining the individual character and strengths of each school.

Ian Bailey said: “This partnership represents an exciting opportunity to build a truly connected educational experience for children and families within our community. By combining our expertise and working collaboratively, we can offer outstanding opportunities and support for every pupil from their very first steps in education through to their GCSE years.”

Becky Sullivan added: “We are passionate about creating a nurturing and inspiring environment for our youngest learners. Working in partnership with Priory Academy will strengthen the transition between phases and ensure children develop confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning from an early age.”

Emma Collins said: “This collaboration allows us to create a clear pathway for students as they progress into secondary education. Our shared vision is to provide high standards, excellent pastoral care, and ambitious opportunities that prepare young people for successful futures.”

The partnership reflects a shared commitment to educational excellence, strong community values, and ensuring every child receives the very best possible start in life.
