Nominate your pooch for a Dogs Trust award
Bedfordshire dog owners can now nominate their pets for a prestigious Dogs Trust Honour award.
The awards celebrate the difference dogs make to our lives by highlighting heart-warming stories of devotion and courage.

Hide AdA panel of celebrity dog-lovers will have the hard job of selecting the deserving winners, who will be presented with their awards at the star-studded ceremony at the Honourable Artillery Company in London on May 21.
Clarissa Baldwin, CEO of Dogs Trust, said: “At Dogs Trust we know first-hand the wonderful ability dogs have to lift our spirits, make us laugh, respond to our emotions and act as canine lifelines.
“We now want dog lovers and owners in Bedfordshire to share their incredible stories of canine bravery, devotion and humour - marvellous mutts need now apply!”
The categories include the Hero Dog award for dogs that perform amazing acts of bravery, the Dogged Devotion award for dogs who provide emotional or medical support to their owners, and the Media Mutt award for dogs who have appeared on the TV or in a film. The awards also celebrate funny dog stories with the Comedy Canine award and Dog’s Best Friends, which awards people who make a big difference to the lives of dogs.
