The Bruvvers family affair at RBL

THE Heath and Reach Royal British Legion in Thrift Road is presenting an evening of great music this Saturday when they feature ‘60s band, The Bruvvers.

The band who had a string of top ten hits in the sixties, along with Joe Brown, helped pave the way for The Beatles, The Rolling Stones and others.

The band comprise of long term Bruvvers Pete Oakman, who also wrote the number one hit A Picture Of You on bass/vocals, Pete’s son Steven on keyboards, John Clare on guitar/vocals and ex-Thunderclap Newman, Leo Sayer and local Leighton resident Chris Hunt on drums.
