The 25-year-old, who signed in the summer from Ryman One South side Peacehaven & Telscombe, made just six appearances for the Hatters, ending the season on loan at Boreham Wood, helping them win promotion to the Conference.

Walker was one of seven players not offered a new deal by manager John Still though and writing on Twitter this morning, he said: “Thanks to everyone at Luton Town FC. I’ve had an amazing year and met some amazing people! Time to move on and get back playing every week.

“I wish Luton Town every success in the future as they will always be a special club to me!”
