Writing his weekly prediction piece for BBC Sport, Lawro backed a 3-0 win for the Blues.

Justifying his prediction, the former Liverpool player claimed: "I bet Chelsea boss Frank Lampard is tearing his hair out because of the inconsistency of his players but the pressure is really on him. He needs this game, because he badly needs a win.

"Luton should not just be seen as cannon fodder, mind you. In relation to their wage bill they are hugely over-achieving in mid-table in the Championship and they will not just roll over at Stamford Bridge."

To book their place in the fourth-round, Luton defeated Reading 1-0 earlier in the month, while Chelsea secured a 3-0 win over Morecambe.

The last time the two sides met, back in 1994, the Blues broke Hatters hearts with a 2-0 FA Cup semi-final win at Wembley Stadium.
