The Hatters moved ahead through Mick Harford's first half header, but couldn't add to their tally, as Forest hit back in the second period with goals from Nigel Clough (2) and Neil Webb to lift the cup, winning 3-1. Made it 1-0 to Luton with a towering header from Wilson's cross, as he scored in his fourth successive match after goals against Southampton and in both semi-final games with West Ham.
10. Ricky Hill
Featured in every game, as he came off the bench in the victory over Manchester City. Scored three times, including the winner at Burnley in round two and almost netted at Wembley, forced wide of the Forest goal.
11. Kingsley Black
Winger completed the quartet of players who started every single match for Luton, as he barely missed a game all season.
12. Used sub: Darren McDonough
Made his one and only appearance in the competition during the final as he came off the bench at Wembley.
