Still: Harriman deal not dead in the water

Luton Town’s efforts to sign QPR full back Michael Harriman are not definitely dead in the water according to boss John Still.

The 22-year-old impressed greatly at Kenilworth during his long-term loan spell last season, but Rangers have been dragging their heels as boss John Still said: “I wouldn’t say it’s dead, but it wasn’t working at that time and how long do you wait?

“If they came back to us, we would still talk to them.”

Still moved quickly to bring in right back Stephen O’Donnell from Partick Thistle and was thrilled with his new acquisition, admitting he didn’t think it would be a deal the club could make.
