Winner 2020 - Peter Sawkins
Series 11 culminated in a two-man race between Dave and Peter, both having excelled throughout the previous 10 weeks.
However, Peter proved triumphant with a narrow win which judge Paul Holywood said came down to “how many flakes in a puff pastry”.
Peter, 20, a finance and accounting student at Edinburgh University joked he had been a ‘Bake Off nerd’ since the third year of the show when fellow Scot - James Morton - came second place.

Hide AdPeter received a mixed response from the judges on his final bake - the showstopper.
While his Bonkers Bake Off Bubble Cake dessert tower was ‘heavenly’ in some parts, Paul Holywood described his checkerboard biscuits as ‘stodgy’.
However, his signature bake - custard slices - proved a winner as he paid homage to Scotland with a cranachan theme of baked oats and raspberries.
The youngest winner ever, Peter admitted: “I wanted this a lot. When I was 12, I was watching repeats of Bake Off back to back.
