Luton were able to bounce back to winning ways by defeating Barnsley 2-1 on Tuesday evening.
The Hatters scored through Mads Andersen and Nahki Wells, as also Makenzie Kirk pulled one back on the hour mark, Town were able to triumph. To find out how Luton’s players on the night, see below.

9. Jordan Clark: 7.5
Played a bit further forward on this occasion, with Donley dropping deeper and was certainly a constant attacking threat on the night, as he could well have had a hat-trick for the hosts. Picked out by Naismith's pass in the first half, he saw his shot blocked away by McGeehan. After the break, the midfielder had some even better chances, one attempt grabbed by Slicker early on, while a wonderful ball from Palmer released him, the visiting keeper parrying away well. Really ought to have hit the target and eased any nerves from Jones' pinpoint cross, only to put his free header. Kept on trying for a goal, his instinctive volley when Slicker was out of his goal, but it went narrowly wide. Photo: Andy Fitzsimons

10. Kasey Palmer: 8
Stayed out on the left for the third straight match, as although it might not be his best position for Luton, certainly gave it his all against Barnsley, as he got stuck in from the word go, sprinting about the Kenilworth Road surface and making some enthusiastic challenges. Might have done better when picked out by Odoffin's raking pass, racing into the box but excitedly snatched at his shot, sending it out for a throw-in. His build-up play was top notch at times, one wonderful pass to an underlapping Naismith, before another delicious reverse ball set up Clark in the second period too. Taken off late on to presumably save his legs for another big game against Leicester on Saturday. Photo: David Horn

11. Nahki Wells: 8
Experienced forward showed just why Wilshere rates him so highly in the lone striker role as when Luton went long, although he wasn't able to win many headers, used his body impressively to bump his opponents, which in turn allowed Town to win several loose balls, especially in the first half. Was a real threat once more, curling against the outside of the post after being found by Mendel, he then couldn't miss from a few yards out after Johnston turned Walsh's free kick back across goal, and didn't. Had another opportunity in the second period, which was smothered by Slicker, but on seven goals now, with six in the league, already better than he managed last season. Photo: David Horn

12. Izzy Jones (SUB): 7.5
On for Odoffin just before the break due to the makeshift full back appearing to injure his groin, then it was in the second period when the contest began to open up that he really showed his defensive capabilities. Was excellent in one v one duels as the impressive Cleary wasn't able to influence proceedings as much as he would have wanted, using his pace well to keep an eye on him and winning his tackles when the winger looked to beat him. Did give the ball away once which led to a huge chance for the Tykes, but also demonstrated his effectiveness at the other end, going on the outside of his marker and picking out Clark, who should have done better.
