Jobs boost for Luton as tool supplier reveals new store opening date
A new tool store is opening in Luton later this year and will bring more jobs to the town.
ITS’ new branch, in Bilton Way, will sell tools, workwear and equipment for tradespeople, with its doors set to open on March 7.

Paul Hubbard, ITS director, said: “This isn’t just about opening another store — it’s about investing in the local area.
“We want to create jobs, support local trades, and become a genuine part of the Luton business community.”
Instead of traditional trade counters, the branch will give customers hands-on browsing and choice with products out on display.
There will also be dedicated ‘power zones’ for Milwaukee, Dewalt, Makita and Bosch branded items.
People can also make the most of click and collect services for online orders.
Paul added: “The easiest way to describe it, is that it’s a big toy shop – but for tradespeople.”
More details about the opening event will be announced ahead of the March date, and people can apply for jobs here.
